Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most common questions about our services, process, and policies.

General

IV hydration therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into your bloodstream through an intravenous drip. This allows for faster and more efficient absorption compared to oral supplements — typically 90–100% absorption versus 20–50% orally.
Yes. All of our treatments are administered by licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) with clinical experience. We use sterile, medical-grade supplies and follow strict safety protocols. We also review your health history before every session.
Most IV drip sessions take 30–60 minutes depending on the treatment. IM injections are much quicker, typically just 5–10 minutes.
Many clients feel the effects during or immediately after their session. Full benefits are typically felt within a few hours and can last several days depending on the treatment.

Medical

Standard IV hydration and vitamin therapies do not require a prescription. Specialty treatments like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide require a medical consultation which we facilitate.
Side effects are rare but can include minor bruising at the IV site, a cool sensation during infusion, or a slight metallic taste with certain vitamins. Our nurses monitor you throughout the session.
Individuals with certain heart conditions, kidney disease, or those on fluid-restricted diets should consult their physician first. We review your health history and contraindications before every treatment.

Weight Loss Programs

These GLP-1 receptor agonist medications work by regulating appetite, slowing gastric emptying, and improving metabolic function. They’re FDA-approved for weight management and administered as weekly injections.
You’ll begin with an initial consultation where we review your health history, goals, and eligibility. If approved, we’ll create a personalized dosing plan with regular check-ins to monitor your progress.
